Customer Service Support Lv1(This position is for nights) Job Summary : Talent Software Services is in search of a Customer Service Support for a contract position in Wichita, KS. The opportunity will be seven months with a strong chance for a long-term extension. Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities : Track shipments from the shipper to the receiver Communicate with customer / CTL on load updates and issues Carrier communication on ETA's, load status and issues Keep CR up to date on their assigned shipments OSD – collecting required info and pics for OSD to proceed with disposition Answer brokerage line – calls from carriers on load updates If this job is a match for your background, we would be honoured to receive your application!
