Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA

Our RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy outpatient center is seeking a licensed COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) to provide quality patient care. Responsibilities

• Detail-Oriented : Observe, note and report on the progress of long and short-term treatment goals and ensure proper documentation of patient care.
• Education : Teach patients new ways of approaching tasks and how to break down activities into achievable components.
• High Standard of Care : Maintain professional standards through compliance with quality assurance policies / procedures and applicable regulations and corporate policies
• Personalized Treatment : Under the direction of a licensed occupational therapist, optimize patients' functional abilities and skills.
