Privacy and Product Counsel

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Privacy and Product.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee a comprehensive global privacy program across the business

Provide strategic legal counsel on privacy, data use, and governance issues throughout product development

Manage relationships with privacy regulators and ensure compliance with evolving regulations

Required Qualifications

12+ years of relevant legal experience, including in-house and top-tier law firm training

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and an active State Bar license

Deep expertise in U.S. and international privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA / CPRA

Proven experience advising cross-functional teams on legal and regulatory issues

Strong leadership skills with experience managing legal teams and mentoring attorneys
