Install, maintain, calibrate, monitor, troubleshoot and repair various types of electronic and mechanical equipment associated with a natural gas pipeline system. Work with company departments to interface systems with new and existing equipment. Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day to day work routine for self and others.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Engineering Specialist I : ($29.87 - $37.34 per hour)
Engineering Specialist II : ($34.36 - $42.95 per hour)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Installs, maintains, calibrates, monitors, troubleshoots, and repairs various types of field equipment to support the SCADA system and operation of the gas transmission system. Types of equipment include compressors, electrical systems, control systems, computers, networks, communication systems, radio systems, gas sampling systems, gas quality analyzers, odorant systems, corrosion, measurement, regulation, Over Pressure Protection (OPP), pipeline, and others.
Maintains critical equipment and parts inventory to ensure that systems can be repaired or replaced within a reasonable length of time after any failure
Prepares connection and elementary drawings prior to any installation of systems or equipment. Upon completion, finalizes the drawings, and files.
