Position Summary :

The Route Service Representative (RSR) is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting patient specimens, supplies, and materials while serving as the face of Quest Diagnostics to clients. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills to ensure timely and accurate delivery in support of patient care.

Job Responsibilities :

• Safely operate a company vehicle and complete assigned delivery routes.
• Pick up, transport, and deliver specimens, supplies, and materials in a timely manner.
• Maintain specimen integrity by following proper handling and storage protocols.
• Use handheld devices to scan, track, and document specimens and deliveries.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates, will-calls, or service issues.
• Provide courteous and professional service to clients at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of company vehicle and equipment.
• Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements.
