Key Responsibilities

Lead the Growth Marketing team and set the vision for channel strategy and execution

Oversee execution across various marketing channels and ensure integrated delivery of campaigns

Build and maintain a marketing analytics framework to track effectiveness and optimize performance

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in channel execution or marketing operations

Demonstrated success leading marketing teams across multiple channels

Deep understanding of modern marketing technology and data-driven marketing

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus

Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple programs
