Midwest Heating & Cooling is now accepting applications for full-time, experienced HVAC Service Technicians who have superior skills working with residential-grade heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment.

Midwest Heating & Cooling is a quickly growing company in SE Wisconsin that services, maintains, and installs HVAC equipment for both commercial and residential clients. Our company was founded by two partners who have been in the HVAC industry for over 15 years. Required Qualifications :

5+ Years prior professional HVAC service experience.

Ability to work independently on all varieties of commercial and residential equipment.

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Pass pre-employment drug and background screening

EPA certification

Superior troubleshooting & repair solution skills.

Excellent customer interaction skills : Verbal & Written.

Outstanding organizational skills.

Able to self-manage and maintain high-quality working standards with minimal supervision.

Dedicated to following all safety compliance standards.

Apply all compliance codes for residential and light commercial installations.

Committed to building strong relationships with our clients by providing honest & ethical services and system improvement recommendations.
