The Nursing Home Administrator will oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, including managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, maintaining budgets, and providing high-quality care to residents. This role is supported by The Peplinski Group's corporate management, an industry leader of skilled nursing services.

• Experience with Budgeting and financial management
• Abilities in Training and staff development
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications or licensure in nursing home administration
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field is preferred
