Description :

This is a home hospice role.

The traveler will use their own vehicle to drive from appointment to appointment.

Mileage will be reimbursed at the Federal rate.

This position involves providing care as a home care hospice nurse.

The primary responsibility includes assessing patients, managing pain, and educating families.

Candidates should have experience as a case manager in hospice care.

A self-sufficient personality is essential for this role.

Additional experience in home health is preferred.
