Field Service Engineer - Medical Laboratory Equipment

Salary : $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Install, service, and perform preventative maintenance on medical laboratory analyzers.
- Quickly establish and maintain professional relationships with clientele to ensure service excellence.
- Coordinate problem resolution efforts across the Field Support Group to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain inventory of crucial tools and parts within company vehicle.
- Conduct basic on-site training for clients on the operational aspects of the equipment.
- Stay prepared for overnight travel as part of the service commitment to regional customers.
Minimum Position Qualifications :
AAS Degree in electronics, electro-mechanical technology, or related field is required.Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service for medical or related technical equipment.Proficiency in electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair.Capacity to undertake overnight travel as required for job responsibilities.Must be a current resident or have ability to work within the Jackson, Mississippi area without relocation assistance.Full vaccination against COVID-19 is required for the safety of our team and clients.Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience servicing medical laboratory analyzers highly desired.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a field setting.Excellent communication and customer service skills to facilitate training and customer interaction.Skills :
