The Houseperson / Runner is a critical member of the housekeeping team, responsible for providing support to housekeepers and ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail.

In this exciting role, you will :

• Provide support to housekeepers by delivering supplies, removing trash, and cleaning common areas
• Deliver requested items to guest units promptly and efficiently
• Greet guests and respond to their requests in a friendly and helpful manner
• Stock linen closets and other storage areas
• Walk the property daily to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming environment
• Report any maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
