    • What You’ll Do :

    Provide essential, high-quality therapeutic services to individuals within our integrated behavioral health clinic.

  • Conduct individual counseling sessions, assessments, and intakes.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment and aftercare plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and treatment team meetings.
  • Connect clients with community resources and provide referrals as needed.

    • What You Bring :

  • Education & Licensure : Master’s or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Social Work. Must be currently licensed or license-eligible as an LMHC, LICSW, or LCSW in Massachusetts.
  • Skills :

    • Sensitivity to cultural diversity.

  • Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong clinical assessment and documentation abilities.
  • Availability : Flexibility to work some evenings and one weekend per month.
