job_description.job_card.job_descriptionTemporary position $20.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07 : 30am to 04 : 00pm) Responds to calls and resident work requests concerning pool maintenance in a timely manner. Cleans and repairs filter system. Adjusts and performs minor repairs to heating and pumping equipment. Reports any mechanical failures of operating equipment to management. Orders pool supplies to be delivered in conformance with work schedule and maintains an adequate inventory of supplies at all times. Completes purchase orders as required. Maintains Daily Log. Applicant may be subject to a background check A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire. We will consider your age at the time of the offense, when the offense occurred, the seriousness and the nature of the offense, as well as any rehabilitation to determine your employability. Responsible for the general care and maintenance of the spa and six swimming pools located on the property by performing the following duties.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform Each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. -Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds in the course of daily duties. -Ability to effectively work from a ladder at a height up to thirty (30) feet. -Ability to accurately estimate time and materials required for the performance of all tasks assigned. -Ability to communicate effectively. -Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. -Knowledge of general pool maintenance and basic equipment repairs.
