Key Responsibilities

Manage all social media platforms and address comments professionally

Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create content and develop strategies

Conduct market research and maintain brand messaging across communication channels

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field

1-3 years of experience in a communications or PR role

Knowledge of existing and emerging media platforms

Professional experience in the Domain Registrar industry

Understanding of online social forums and community engagement best practices
