Bluewater Pools is seeking an experienced Swimming Pool Technician to join our team. This role focuses on post-remodeling pool service, ensuring that newly upgraded pools meet our high standards for water quality, surface condition, and overall cleanliness. The ideal candidate will work independently while maintaining excellent customer relationships during the final stages of our remodeling projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Service residential and commercial swimming pools following remodeling and upgrade projects
• Test and balance water chemistry to ensure clean, clear, and safe swimming conditions
• Inspect pool surfaces for blemishes, defects, or imperfections following remodeling work
• Remove all construction debris and residual materials from pool areas
• Operate and maintain pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and chemical feeders
• Document service activities and communicate findings to management and customers
• Provide professional customer service and address client questions or concerns
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and safety protocols
