Job Title : ERP Implementation Project Manager - Finance & IT Hybrid (Contract) - Woodbridge, VA

Pay Rate : $45-$55 per hour (W2)

What will the ERP Project Manager do?

  • Serve as the point person for ERP implementation, managing vendor coordination and internal alignment
  • Oversee data migration, system configuration, testing, and go-live planning
  • Map out integrations with third-party systems and ensure smooth connectivity
  • Collaborate with Accounting, IT, and Operations to gather requirements and manage change
  • Provide documentation, reporting, and post-go-live support to ensure system stability
  • Maintain project timelines and ensure deliverables are met within budget

    • What the company needs in an ERP Project Manager :

  • Proven experience leading ERP implementations (NetSuite, Business Central, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of finance / accounting workflows and systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • Hands-on experience with data migration and third-party system integration
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (required in-office Mon / Tues / Thurs in Woodbridge, VA)
  • No expectation of conversion to permanent; this is a 6-month contract role
