We currently offer our services in fifteen states and are the largest provider of residential standby generator installations for the Home Depot. We are also the exclusive provider for Duke Energy, Dominion, and many others.

With your leadership, we will standardize our safety and fleet management practices nationwide — creating a world-class program that protects our people, ensures compliance, and keeps our operations running at peak efficiency.

About the Role

We are seeking a Safety & Fleet Manager to lead our environmental health & safety programs and oversee our multi-state vehicle fleet operations. This role will develop safety initiatives, ensure compliance across our organization, and optimize fleet operations for efficiency, safety, and cost control.

What You’ll Do

Safety Leadership

• Develop, implement, and manage a company-wide safety program
• Deploy consistent safety standards & culture across all branches and functions
• Lead safety training for :
• Drivers : policies, defensive driving, recurrent training, accident reporting, MVR monitoring, driver list updates
• Warehouses : ergonomics, OSHA compliance, forklift training, warehouse safety design
• Installers : PPE, ergonomics / lifting, electrical / plumbing safety, heavy equipment training
• Offices : ergonomics, emergency drills, egress safety
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other regulations
