Job Details : Purpose

This postdoctoral fellow reports to the Department of Computer Science in the College of Natural Science to perform ongoing research.

Responsibilities

• Develop new AI algorithms and Robotics systems and conduct empirical studies at scale.
• Initiate, plan, execute and evaluate experiments to achieve specific objectives in research projects.
• Read and write manuscripts / review articles for publication in peer-reviewed conferences and journals.
• Present research data and findings in public and private forums (seminars / laboratory meetings).
• Collaborate with researchers and students at UT Austin

Retirement Plan Eligibility :

The retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to the position being at least 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length. This position has the option to elect the Optional Retirement Program (ORP) instead of TRS, subject to the position being 40 hours per week and at least 135 days in length.
