PRN Patient Services Specialist (As Needed) Pediatric Partners

Valley View's Pediatric Partners clinic is seeking an energetic, PRN (as needed), patient-focused Patient Services Specialist to be the first contact for our patients in the front office!

We're looking for someone who is detail oriented, has experience with children, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment! Previous clinic experience desired! Bilingual (English / Spanish) highly preferred! This is a PRN (as needed) position for days / evenings and rotating weekends! Eligible for Employee Referral Bonusesrefer a friend and earn $$$

Responsibilities include providing patients and physicians with professional and friendly reception duties; organizing patient flow; keeping physicians and patients on schedule; maintaining patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner; and handling phone calls for the office manager, physicians, and nurses appropriately. The Patient Service Specialist also assists with all billing and collection efforts as necessary and in a timely manner. Patient care background preferred. Reception experience preferred!

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clerical : typing, filing, scheduling, computer, phone
• Exceptional customer service skills required
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred
• Receptionist / clerical experience required
• Patient care background preferred
• Experience in a clinical setting highly preferred.
