ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Andrew Linton - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Position is Monday through Friday, with positions available for both 8 : 30am - 1pm and 12 : 30pm - 5pm shifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Schedule customer meetings as requested.
  • Assist the agency team with ongoing growth campaigns.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly and welcoming personality.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Must have Property & Casualty Insurance License or be willing to obtain upon hiring.
