This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a major shipper or 3PL.

Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee all aspects of our 3PL brokerage services, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the profitability and growth of our 3PL brokerage services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of 3PL services with other business operations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements, and develop and implement best practices for financial management within the 3PL brokerage services.
• Foster relationships with key clients and partners, and work to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Provide leadership and direction to the 3PL brokerage team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
