As we transition from a historic daily newspaper to a dynamic modern media company, we are seeking a talented Multimedia Account Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Sell a variety of digital advertising solutions including digital, social, branded content, events, podcasts, and video.
- Collaborate with clients to create customized advertising strategies that leverage AJC's and CoxNext's offerings.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field (sales). The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field.Strong understanding of digital marketing solutions including SEO, OTT, Programmatic, Mobile, DOOH, Social, and Branded Content.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Passion for media, advertising, and staying ahead of industry trends.What We Offer

Base salary : $117,800.00 – $176,600.00 per year, varying with location and experience.
Annual incentive / commission target : $60,000.00.
