Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or GMP manufacturing environments. Proven hands-on experience with CIP system design, cycle development, and cleaning validation. Working knowledge of PLC, SCADA, or DeltaV control systems. Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, piping design, and process flow principles. Experience authoring and executing IQ / OQ / PQ protocols and generating validation summary reports. Excellent technical writing, documentation, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work shift schedules and travel as required for project support.
CIP Validation Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and validate CIP cycles for a wide range of process equipment and systems.
- Perform commissioning and provide automation support for CIP systems (PLC, SCADA, DeltaV).
- Author and execute CIP validation protocols, including development, execution, and summary reports.
- Conduct troubleshooting and performance optimization of CIP systems and circuits.
- Review and verify piping design, flow calculations, and process diagrams related to CIP systems.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and GDP documentation standards, including batch record review.
- Review and assess engineering specifications for regulatory and operational compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with process, automation, and quality teams, and serve as a technical point of contact for vendors and clients.
- Provide technical input during commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) phases for process equipment.
- Maintain and update documentation, ensuring adherence to company and regulatory standards.
