Position Overview

The Social Media Coordinator will manage all social media channels. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and publish social media content across platforms using management tools
  • Monitor accounts for comments, messages, mentions; respond professionally
  • Engage with followers and support influencer / user-generated content
  • Assist in content brainstorming, creation, and curation
  • Track metrics, compile reports, and monitor competitor / industry trends
  • Support campaigns, contests, giveaways, and paid media
  • Maintain content calendar and coordinate with internal / external partners
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent)
  • 12 years of social media / digital marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Basic design / video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite a plus)
  • Excellent written / verbal communication; detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team
  • Familiarity with scheduling / analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
  • Passion for lifestyle brands and social media trends
