IT Support Engineer

A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to support semiconductor manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate third-party IT support personnel on-site, ensuring service quality and compliance

Act as the primary IT contact for factory users, facilitating communication with remote / global IT teams

Provide hands-on support for IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting network connectivity and system operations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

3-5 years of IT support or system administration experience, preferably in manufacturing or high-tech environments

Solid understanding of basic networking concepts such as TCP / IP, DNS, and DHCP

Experience with Windows and Unix / Linux system administration

Familiarity with endpoint security tools and patch management practices
