About the Role :

We’re seeking a Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director (Freelance) who combines sharp design instincts with strategic thinking and creative leadership. In this role, you’ll guide the visual direction of projects, review and elevate work from other designers, and jump in hands-on when needed. You’ll also play a key role in the creative process—from conceptualizing and mood boards to execution—helping craft designs that are not only beautiful but strategically impactful.

Projects you’ll work on include :

Event promotion (flyers, social media campaigns, signage)
Branding and logo design
Product or merchandise design
Paid media campaigns (print, digital, out-of-home ads)

This is a freelance role, but we’re looking for someone who can prioritize our projects and commit to steady daytime availability.

What You’ll Do :

Build creative briefs and gather references to inspire innovative designs

Review and approve work from other designers, maintaining high-quality output and brand consistency

Lead high-level design work from concept to final execution

Collaborate closely with our creative director, designers, copywriters, marketers, and project managers to align on vision and timelines

Ensure every design feels crafted, intentional, and communicates effectively

What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience as a senior designer or art director with a strong portfolio

Ability to think strategically and creatively, guiding both people and projects

Strong leadership and communication skills

Expertise across print, digital, social media, and branding design
