CARDINAL is the state HRIS. Training will be provided as it is a nice-to-have but not required.

• Analyze business artifacts to develop and maintain requirements, collaborating with IT to ensure systems are aligned. Write stories for Scrum teams.
• Maintain the OEBS product backlog to ensure continuous task flow to the development team.
• Coordinate project tasks with stakeholders and team members.
• Create test plans and scripts, conduct user acceptance testing, document results, and work with IT to resolve issues.
• Develop end-user training materials and conduct training sessions.
• Support application users by troubleshooting errors, isolating problems, and implementing solutions.
• Use data extraction tools to gather data based on requested criteria.
• Identify data quality issues, determine root causes, and develop improvement action plans.
• Respond to service requests promptly and accurately.
• Monitor HR Help issues and resolve them efficiently.
• Assist with data clean-up and digital scanning work products.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications : Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly in writing and orally across all organizational levels. Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and Human Resources is a plus. Education in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields is required. CBAP or CSPO certification is desirable.
