Description :

Knowledge of drug / alcohol abuse treatment options and experience with patients experiencing homelessness is required.

Candidates should demonstrate competence in arranging durable medical equipment, skilled nursing facilities, and ambulance transport.

Ability to navigate computerized documentation systems is necessary.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications is a must.

The position includes weekend requirements, with a commitment to working every other weekend.

Applicants should be prepared to float between facilities as needed.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

References are required from supervisors covering a minimum of one year within the last three years.

Commitment to working a portion of designated holidays is expected.

All travelers are expected to comply with floating policies within the respective state.
