Known for our fresh produce, premium butcher shop, authentic bakery, and prepared foods, we are dedicated to delivering an exceptional shopping and dining experience. We are expanding and seeking a Food Service Manager to oversee our culinary operations and ensure the highest standards of quality, service, and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the food service departments, including prepared foods, Chefs Corner, bakery / pastry, and caf.
- Hire, train, and develop team members to maintain a culture of excellence, efficiency, and hospitality.
- Monitor food quality, consistency, and presentation across all departments.
- Manage scheduling, labor budgets, and productivity to meet company goals.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Partner with the Executive Chef and General Manager on menu innovation, seasonal programs, and special promotions.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to control costs while maintaining quality.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally.
- Create and track department performance metrics, reporting directly to senior leadership.
