Known for our fresh produce, premium butcher shop, authentic bakery, and prepared foods, we are dedicated to delivering an exceptional shopping and dining experience. We are expanding and seeking a Food Service Manager to oversee our culinary operations and ensure the highest standards of quality, service, and hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of the food service departments, including prepared foods, Chefs Corner, bakery / pastry, and caf.
  • Hire, train, and develop team members to maintain a culture of excellence, efficiency, and hospitality.
  • Monitor food quality, consistency, and presentation across all departments.
  • Manage scheduling, labor budgets, and productivity to meet company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
  • Partner with the Executive Chef and General Manager on menu innovation, seasonal programs, and special promotions.
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to control costs while maintaining quality.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Create and track department performance metrics, reporting directly to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of management experience in food service, hospitality, or grocery / retail food operations.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
  • Proven knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Culinary or hospitality management background a plus.
