A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service and support to patients.
Key Responsibilities
Answer calls and emails promptly, addressing patient inquiries and requests
Document call information and maintain knowledge of products and services
Resolve customer complaints and ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
Previous experience in healthcare, insurance, or patient services preferred
Knowledge of respiratory therapy or DME services preferred
One year of work-related experience required for Level I; additional experience needed for higher levels
Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance processes preferred
