ElectroMechanical Assembler
Location : Everett, WA
Schedule : 5am - 1 : 30 pm, Monday through Friday
Pay Range : $28.00 - $32.00, depending on experience
About the Role :
We’re looking for a detail-oriented ElectroMechanical Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you’ll perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, testing, and inspection of products in both standard and specialized environments. Your precision and commitment to quality will help ensure a consistent flow of high-quality work through the production process.
What You’ll Do
Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, engineering drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions to assemble components accurately.
Use hand tools, electrical tools, measuring devices, and light machinery to perform assembly operations.
Inspect and test completed assemblies for defects, quality, and compliance with specifications.
Identify and record defects; perform rework or repairs based on engineering changes or quality feedback.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure materials are properly stocked at workstations.
Follow all safety and quality standards , keeping your workspace organized and hazard-free.
Lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
Requirements :
High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of relevant experience required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and follow written instructions accurately.
Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
