SENIOR TAX MANAGER

Seeking a Tax Manager who is interested in a career that offers tremendous advancement opportunity. You will have the opportunity to work with a firm that provides audit, tax, and consulting services to companies in the healthcare industry.

We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager responsible for

• Reviewing and preparing complex tax returns for corporate, individual, partnership, and / or trusts and estates.
• Research and analyze the implications of business transactions, mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and investments on taxes.
• Develop and implement tax policies and procedures to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Provide advice and consultation on tax matters to senior management, clients, and external stakeholders. Manage and supervise tax staff, auditors, consultants, and vendors.
• Monitor updates in tax legislation, regulations, rulings; assessing their impact on the organization or clients; identifying and mitigating tax risks; resolving disputes; and developing / maintaining documentation.
