Clinical Director (Physical Therapist)

FYZICAL Poplar and Highland seeks a passionate and experienced Physical Therapy Clinical Director to lead our dynamic, fast-growing team. As one of the most successful franchisee-owned FYZICAL clinics in the U.S., we specialize in balance therapy and offer individualized, one-on-one care that helps our patients return to loving their lives.

We are not your average physical therapy clinic. We integrate advanced technology, including our unique Safety Overhead System (SOS) , a ceiling-mounted track and harness system that empowers patients with confidence and enables clinicians to assess gait and mobility issues safely and accurately.

About the Role

As Clinical Director , you will guide patient care and serve as a mentor , collaborator , and strategic leader . We are looking for a people person who deeply understands and values the full scope of physical therapy, from post-op rehab and deconditioning to vestibular therapy , pelvic health , and pediatrics .

This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in clinical excellence and staff development and is comfortable building relationships with referral sources and physicians.
