Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a home health assignment in Flagler County, FL, with at least 1 year of recent home health experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Home health setting with patient visits throughout Flagler County
  • Monday through Friday schedule, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM, 8-hour shifts
  • No weekend or on-call rotation required
  • 13-week contract assignment
  • Physical therapy services provided to home health patients in the assigned region
  • Returning travelers and employees must be gone from the facility for at least 1 year before taking a new assignment
  • A completed profile including two references is required for consideration

    • Requirements

  • Current FL PT license required if applicable
  • Minimum 1 year of recent home health physical therapy experience required
  • Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
  • COVID-19 vaccination card required
  • Must meet local radius rules : permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility to qualify for travel status
