Field Service Technician

MedService Repair (www.MedServiceRepair.com) is a growing company looking to hire multiple Field Service Technicians in various locations across the United States. We have doubled the size of our Service Team over the past year and are actively looking for more qualified people to join our team!

Job Description : MedService Repair – Field Service Technician

Training : All new hires undergo onboarding / initial training at our company headquarters in Vernon Hills, IL (Chicago suburb). Following onboarding / initial training, new hires will receive in-the field training on multiple pieces of equipment while shadowing current MedService Repair Field Service Technicians.

After successful completion of training, new hires will be expected to drive to territory customer locations to perform preventative maintenance, break / fix service, equipment installations, and other work to support current customers and help gain new customers.

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to) :

• Performing diagnostic analysis, repair, and preventative maintenance on Endoscope Reprocessors and related equipment
• Testing machines after performing repairs
• Communicating with team members through email, phone, and dispatch software
• Managing trunk stock / inventory
• Representing MedService Repair with the highest ethical values
• Refurbishing Endoscope Reprocessors from the part level
• Others duties as necessary

We specialize in selling products and equipment used in endoscope procedures and distribute a broad line of disposable endoscope products as well, including filters, xenon lamps, biopsy forceps, and other supplies.
