Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience
Source and evaluate candidates while collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Develop strategic recruiting plans and provide market insights to inform hiring decisions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, particularly in a SaaS environment
Proven track record in hiring for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, Operations, Finance, and HR roles
Strong understanding of the Go-to-Market function and relevant metrics
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
