Key Responsibilities
Operate on multiple computer applications to assist calls and provide exceptional customer service
Accurately enroll members, make changes to membership records, and resolve discrepancies in the enrollment system
Complete projects in established timeframes and maintain cultural sensitivity while addressing member needs
Required Qualifications
Must have healthcare experience and customer service background
Ability to operate multiple computer applications effectively
Willingness to learn and apply new skills as customer expectations change
Reside in D.C., MD, or VA
Must be available for onsite orientation in D.C. or Baltimore, MD
