Mentorship and Career Growth

At  Crest Hill Animal Hospital , we support veterinarians at every stage of their career. All experience levels will receive mentorship directly from  Dr. Brandy Saubert , our  Managing Veterinarian , who has extensive experience in  surgery internal medicine cardiology , and  preventative care . Dr. Saubert fosters a  collaborative hands-on environment  to help you grow your clinical skills.

For  new  and  newer graduates , you'll also have access to the  NVA Mentorship Program . This 12-month program complements on-site mentorship, offering :

Dedicated mentors will help you transition from classroom to clinic, offering hands-on and virtual support.

Enhance surgical skills through core skills review and repetition of common elective procedures.

Receive in-clinic guidance and additional CE opportunities to improve your dental skills.

Engage in wellness initiatives focused on

client communication time management teamwork , and  leadership

Build relationships with a network of peers and mentors through

social activities  and  case reviews , while attending  regional events  for networking and team-building.
