CRNA- Scenic Mountain Medical Center | CRNA-Only & Comp up to $455,000

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a CRNA to join our team at Scenic Mountain Medical Center in Big Spring, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly autonomous provider looking for flexibility, low case volume, and an outstanding work-life balance in a solo CRNA model.

Position Highlights :

• Compensation Options :
• Option 1 : $455,000 annually (1099) for full-time (52 weeks / year)
• Option 2 : $227,500 annually (1099) for 26 weeks / year
• Schedule : Independent, solo CRNA model with cases typically completed before lunch
• Call : No in-house call; 30-minute response time
• Case Mix : OB (approx. 15 deliveries / month), GYN, GI, Podiatry, Urology, General Surgery
• No CV, Neuro, or Vascular cases
• Daily Staffing : Solo CRNA coverage - enjoy full clinical autonomy
