Salary : $22-$29 / Hr.

Role Summary

Were looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role,youll be the go-to person for keeping our facility running smoothly. Youll handle a mix of day-to-day repairs, basic troubleshooting and general upkeep of the building such as equipment, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, glazier, HVAC, groundskeeping, painting tasks and grounds. This is a hands-on, independent role, ideal for someone whos self-motivated and takes pride in their work.

Shift : Day Shift (Monday - Friday) 8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM and on call certain weekends.

What Youll Do

• Perform routine repairs and general maintenance across the facility and other general tasks
• Respond to maintenance-related issues (like leaks or spills) and ensure workspaces are safe and clean
• Order tools, parts and supplies as needed
• Maintain clear records of work completed, materials used and costs involved
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Support other team members when needed and adjust to shifting priorities
