Your Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will provide professional, comprehensive nursing care in an acute care environment. You will be accountable for delivering coordinated, safe, compassionate, and evidence-based quality care tailored to the individual needs of patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Employ Nursing Professional Practice : Assess, identify nursing diagnoses, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Develop and coordinate care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Advocate for Patients : Partner in care planning to promote the autonomy, dignity, rights, values, and beliefs of those we serve.
• Facilitate Learning : Create a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare team members, fostering both formal and informal education.
• Align Practice with Safety and Quality : Ensure safety, identify and correct problems, and integrate evidence-based practices into nursing care.
• Engage in Professional Development : Commit to ongoing professional growth and promote a culture of inquiry and evidence-based practice.
• Lead in Practice Setting & Community : Coordinate teams, delegate appropriately, and collaborate with inter-professional care teams.
