Description : About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Laboratory Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform laboratory tests that support production and ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. You’ll gain hands-on experience with industry-standard testing methods (ASTM / ISO), work with advanced lab equipment, and play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality products to our customers.

What You’ll Do
- Perform chemical and physical laboratory testing and analysis to support production and quality assurance.
- Interpret test results, compile data, and communicate findings accurately and on time.
- Apply technical information, diagrams, and procedures related to test methods and standards (ASTM / ISO).
- Assist with the development of test methods, work instructions, and equipment calibration / maintenance.
- Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Operate lab equipment for specimen preparation and testing.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of testing activities.
- Contribute to certification and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow all corporate safety practices, including safe handling of hazardous materials and proper use of PPE.
- Support colleagues and collaborate across teams to achieve production and quality goals.
Requirements :
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of laboratory or manufacturing experience ( academic or internship experience may be considered ).Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and thoroughly.Basic math skills and ability to analyze data to support decision-making.Ability to follow written, verbal, or diagram-based instructions.Team-oriented with a professional and proactive attitude.Reliable attendance and ability to manage multiple priorities.Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts as needed.Work Environment & Physical Demands
Ability to stand for extended periods (8–12 hours).Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.Comfortable working with fiberglass and other potentially hazardous materials (with provided training and PPE).Willingness to undergo respiratory fit testing (where applicable).Ability to work in moderate-noise environments and areas without temperature control (warm conditions in summer months).Comfortable working at heights (up to 50 ft.).
