Operations Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Operations Engineering Manager to lead continuous improvement initiatives and manage a team of Operations Engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a standardized continuous improvement strategy for the F35 line of business

Lead a team focused on lean manufacturing, HPU reduction, and preventative problem resolution

Manage the Kaizen Promotion office and consolidate risk and opportunity management across major build teams

Required Qualifications and Education

Experience in operations engineering or a related field

Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence teams across multiple locations

Experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as A3 Problem Solving and Kaizen

Strong background in lean manufacturing principles

Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
