Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in healthcare operations, patient engagement, or team coordination
Prior experience supervising or supporting frontline staff is strongly preferred
Familiarity with patient onboarding, scheduling, or care coordination workflows
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
