Description

Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is looking for an RN to join our Plastic Surgery team in our Outpatient office located in Hartford. We’re looking for a team-oriented RN who is reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences in a fast-paced, specialized environment.

What You Will Do

Collaborate closely with our physicians and the care team to coordinate care and treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Contributes to overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that impact patient care positively.

Phone triage, assisting physicians with minor procedures, communicating with patients on pre-op and post-op care

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing

Valid RN licensure authorized in the state of Connecticut

Valid driver’s license where required by assignment

Preferred Qualifications

Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing. Specialty credentialing & educational degree according to clinical nursing practice specialty area

Position Highlights And Benefits

Full Time, 40 hours / week Monday-Friday 8am-4 : 30pm
