About the role
- We are seeking a qualified Creative Account Manager to serve as the creative liaison to ensure cohesive execution of designs for merchandise lines for our clients. The Creative Account Manager must have strong design skills across multiple genres, with an ability to deliver for a country artist and a hip-hop artist simultaneously. Whether its graphic, illustrative, photographic, vintage-inspired, contemporary, streetwear, and typography based, they should be well versed in all styles.
What you'll do
Support in the design process through research, inspiration, and creative briefsDesign and update company capabilities decksDesign, update, and merchandise retail presentationsConceptualize and update brand guides and style guidesCreate mood boards when needed to support sub-requests. (EX : Lainey Wilson>Wrangler designs)
Generate templates for new productsOversee design neck labels, woven tags, hang tags, and packagingWork with the product development team to ensure best practices for product designSupport Creative Director in creative problem solving and ideation to execute on branding and design for diverse client rosterStay up to date on fashion and graphic trendsManage work between the in-house design team and our network of freelancersDevelop briefs with the Creative Director based on initial reviewAbility to translate creative briefs into powerful art and mockupsEnsure all briefs are assigned to graphic designers complimenting their strengthsAssign graphic designers with tasks, as neededOversee design of original graphics for Retail, Tour, eCommerce, and VIP for artists of all genresDevelop products using original art, client supplied designs, and freelancer submissions on apparel with key trends, brand research, and fan demographics in mindDesign logos and branding motifs for artists, bands, and for broader company activationsCurate customized presentations for clientsMock up accessories and apparel designs with unique dye treatments, fabrication knowledge, and print techniquesThis job description serves to provide an overview of the scope of the role and responsibilities, there may be additional duties that arise needed by the Creative Director that are not covered in the above description.
Qualifications
