Position Summary :

Responsible for leading and managing daily crew operations and job site coordination, including operating heavy equipment, overseeing equipment maintenance, maintaining a safe worksite, and coordinating on-site crews, subcontractors, and project management teams.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

• Ability to read, understand, and implement construction plans
• Organizational skills to maintain records of daily operations
• Thorough knowledge of proper use and maintenance of construction tools and equipment
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of job site safety requirements and precautions
• Ability to facilitate safety training sessions
• Working knowledge of heavy civil, underground utility, and site construction tasks
• Dependable, motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently
