$18.03 / HR along with a $500-$1K sign-on bonus.

Additionally, we provide an array of other support services designed around supporting people to achieve their unique goals and interests. Community Support Specialists (Direct Support Professionals) provide the needed level of support and care, allowing individuals to be more self-sufficient.

As a Community Support Specialist, you will be part of our Direct Support team. Your passion for empowering others and helping them achieve their potential contributes to our exceptional services. You will act as the first line of support for the individuals and families served by The Charles Lea Center, working in an open, helpful, and engaging manner to support others on their journey to independence.

Your Role : Our Community Support Specialist works under the general supervision of the Program Manager. Your responsibilities include ensuring the health, safety, accountability, supervision, and training for individuals supported in the community. In this role, you will assist individuals in all aspects of community living, enabling them to be as independent as possible.
