Position : Physical Therapist - Home care

Administers to patients, according to medical orders, various evaluations and therapeutic procedures and maintains agency records on patients. Supports Agency’s mission to provide the highest quality care by complying with regulatory guidelines, meeting agency standards, and obtaining appropriate certification.

Locations : available cases in Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Manhattan, Long Island, Staten Island, Nassau and Westchester

PRIORITY CARE REHAB STAFFING offers :

Rate : $60-$80 / visit (30 minutes)

Pediatrics and Geriatrics | Option to work as W2 or 1099

Requirements :

Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state on New York.
