A company is looking for a Permanency Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate permanency planning for children by coordinating services and implementing permanency plans
Conduct home studies, assessments, and assist families with the adoption process
Advocate for families during the permanency process, including attending court hearings and community meetings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an approved Human Service field
Current CWEL certification
Valid driver's license in good standing and current automobile insurance
CPR and First Aid Certified, or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire
